Shipping
Orders are shipped out daily, Monday thru Friday, through UPS from our Chicago-area facilities. All orders before 2pm CST will be shipped that day. Any orders after 2pm will be sent out the following morning. Orders will be shipped based on the UPS Shipping Method you choose when checking out.
Shipping and handling fees will be charged as determined by UPS based on weight, volume, destination, desired shipping method you choose and arrival date.
Forms of Payment
Payment is by credit card only. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
In order to process credit card transactions from our Web site, we request certain personally identifiable information from you. You must provide all required contact information. Your credit card and billing information is only shared with companies with whom we have contracted to gain authorization from your credit card company and then to process the payment with our financial institution. If we have trouble processing an order, we will also use this information to contact you.
Your order will be acknowledged electronically via E-Mail. You may also be added to our mailing list to receive special announcements, but you will have the opportunity to opt out.
Information Removal / Opt-out Option
Occasionally, we will send out information to our clients containing coupons, special discounts, news, and other things going on with SBN. We do not send it to you unless we think you might be interested. (We are strongly against spam, we do not like getting it and we will not send it.) If you wish to opt out of our news letters, please call our customer service department at: 888-424-0128 or press the removal link at the base of the e-mail and accept our apologies.
Refunds and Returns
We want you to be happy and work constantly to improve our products. Should a refund be required, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
We inspect and pack every SBN gift set with care. If you received a gift set that has been damaged in shipping, please follow the instructions below and/or call our customer service department at 888-424-0128 and someone will assist you with the instructions and the process as outlined below. All return and credit requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt.
- All Retail orders must returned via UPS
- Return shipment of Wholesale orders will be determined by SBN upon notification of return.
- Returns must be sent with original shipping box and packing materials
- For a return, you must contact SBN within 30 days of order receipt and a customer service representative will provide you with a return authorization number along with a UPS call tag to pick up your package.
